Digital Services

L2Vex provides digital account-panel services related to the game server, including account tools, optional balance purchases, in-game delivery, and support requests.

Payment

Payments are made online using the payment methods available on the website or account panel. The selected amount, currency, and reward details should be reviewed before confirming a payment.

Delivery

Digital goods and services are delivered according to the account, character, and order information selected by the user. Delivery status and account activity may be checked through the personal account panel.

Refunds

If a paid service was not delivered, was delivered incorrectly, or the credited amount differs from the confirmed order, the user may contact the L2Vex support/ticket system. Refund or correction requests are reviewed within 15 working days.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for selecting the correct account, game account, and character before using account-panel services.

Service Changes

L2Vex may update website, account-panel, payment, and game-service rules when needed for server operation, security, or balance.
